Holiday!

So today is Easter and I purposely saved calories this week so I could eat chocolate today. However, I'll probably have some left over next week. I'm going on holiday with my family tomorrow until Friday, meaning no exercise or gym. Apart from swimming and walking around. I'm scared I'll just keep a load of rubbish this week and put weight on, especially since my family will say to me if I eat healthy "you're on holiday just eat what you want" and I probably will and then regret it!

I feel like I'm finally on my way to getting my dream body but now this obstacle is in the way. Any advice on how to eat as healthy as I can and no binge eat all week?
