Seriously annoying foot issue!

My left foot always cramps up if I excersise longer than 15 mins at a time! It's so counterproductive! I don't know if it's like a nerve issue or something but I have good trainers that are comfortable and I cramp all over but in my left foot its so much worse! It really frustrates me because I know I can go for longer except my foot won't let me!

Anyone else having any similar issues? Know any good ways to stop it from happening?

Thanks

My left foot develops a cramp under the arch often after exercising. Sometimes I notice it immediately, other times I don't notice it until the massage therapist finds that tender spot on the sole of my foot. I had a slipped disc in my hip over a year ago. I still get achey hips from it, and many related problems in my neck, shoulder, and knee (typically on the left side as well). I didn't think much of the foot cramp until the massage therapist suggested that it might be related to to the slipped disc.

In short, believe it or not, a trip to the chiropractor can cure a LOT of things.

It may be plantar fascitis google it. If it is the only thing that helped me was rolling my foot on a golf ball. Good shoes with custom hard orthodics. Too soft will make it worse it started for me when I started wearing reebok realflex they were too flimsy for my feet.
