Hey All- I've never actually posted on this board before , although I really enjoy reading all your motivational words while im at work sitting on my butt!! All I want to do is go home and ride by bike.. I just lowered by calorie intake on here to 1,200 a day from 1,400 a day.. and thinking about loosing those calories from my day makes me a little sad :brokenheart: ...
ps. I am a college student and a drinker.. anyone know a not completely evil drink to have while partying?:drinker:

I usually just drink straight up vodka or other liquor..not as many cals as mixed drink and gets u tipsy faster0

try martinis,
basically the more alcohol to less mixers the better...
this just means you need to watch the amount you're actually taking in
Some low cal beers... Michelob Ultra, Miller Lite
Rum is okay, but remember its made from sugar cane.
The lighter the alcohol the less calories, the less hangover as well.
Try gin and tonics, very low cal, you can even get low cal tonic.
Margaritas without salt, but watch out for the mix that is used!0
