fun & motivational @ home workout for a 2wk quitter

I've done workout video after workout video and always loose motivation around the 2 1/2 wk mark. I just don't like working out at home.. I prefer the gym unfortunately due to a tight budget the gym is not an option for me but neither is being unhealthy anymore. I have an 18 month old and the weather isn't too nice yet so although I wanted to try C25k it doesn't seem like a good idea especially without a jogging stroller. Can anyone suggest a fun motivational workout plan/dvd to do at home ? Thanks in advance.

    I like dancing a lot....I do Zumba exhilarate DVD at home...it's good and I like it.

    Urban Rebounder (trampoline) Awesome quality, super fun, I never get sick of it. I have a Bodymedia armband, and the burn is better than some aerobics. Really great for your core too. The handle comes off, and you can do it while you watch TV. Love it!
