Need some advice

I am fairly new to this program, usually using my app on my phone. I am set to eat 1410 according to app. I have not a lot of time to exercise and am hoping to do diet with out to much exercise due to my schedule. I am set to lose two pounds a week and I have not been doing that at all. I only have lost about 2 to 3 pounds in the last month or so. I am not sure what to do or if I just need to exercise. Thanks

    You can go to setting and change exercise amount but cardio would help to burn some calories. Are you measuring and weighting all your food an a scale? I found I was eating way over the serving amount and a little BIT could be a hundred cals or more. Track every bite for awhile. As for exercise I have even marched in place while watching tv for 30min when unable to do something else.Best luck to you
