Hey everyone I'm new to this site.

I've been a My Fitness Pal applicant going on about 6 months now and it's been awesome.

This has been a useful app helping me keep better track of my calorie intake, calories burned, work out notes, etc.

Lost 78 lbs so far.
Started: 260 lbs [Gender: Male; Height: 5 ft 8 inches]
Current: 182 lbs
Goal: 170 lbs

Made tremendous progress which is helping me in my quest to join the U.S Navy.
(In the final processing right now of joining.)

ASVAB Score: 55
(I qualify for most positions within the fleet except Nuclear Submarines, Engineering and Intelligence.)

In the U.S Navy I want to do V.B.S.S.
V = Vessel.
B = Board.
S = Search.
S = Seizure.
(Description: It's Counter-Piracy/Counter-Terrorism on the Ocean. Sort of like SWAT. What can I say? I want to be put where the action is. Hooyah!)

Fitness Accomplishments:

-Push Ups: 100
(Started: 40)

-Ab Curls: 100
(Started: 40)

-Pull Ups: 20-24
(Couldn't do any starting off.)

-Running: 24 minutes
(4 miles; 6 min/mile. Starting running at 15 min/mile. Improved by over 2X.)

etc.

Anyway this is a great app and I'll continue to use it in the future.

Question:
Do you like My Fitness Pal app?
