hi I am a mum of three beautiful children and have been over weight since gaining 30 kilos with my first son, I have not been able to lose the weight after indulging on all sorts of BAD foods when I was pregnant. I am turning 30 next year and since I have been obese through all of my twenties I am wanting to find a new me and learn to love myself again! I have set a goal of losing all my weight by my 30th birthday I have over 70 pounds to lose to be considered in a health BMI range, I am looking for all sorts of friends to help me along my way and in return I hope to be able to help them

Please add me :flowerforyou:

hey! :D I'm turning 30 in November of this year and I want to be where i should be when this happens :D I have quite a few kilos to lose also but I'm really determined now! I first put on my weight when i was pregnant with my son...i was 22stone at my heaviest and id managed to get it down over a couple of years to stabilize around 11 - 12 stone , but then i went through a rough patch last year which led to me being on a variety of prescription drugs, sickness leave at work and also a weight gain :| So a friend told me about this site and here i am...almost 2 weeks after joining and 4lb's lighter thanks to the incredible support and motivation the forums here have provided me. Anyone is free to add me! I'll try and be as supportive as i can and i log daily so I'll try to keep up with peoples activity and provide as much support and encouragement as i can!

That's what made me start this journey. I guess it's a small women's 30 crisis.
