Aussie in England... living the dream :)

Hi Guys!

I'm ready to train! I'm starting a home boot camp cycle and none of my friends here or home want to do it, so I thought I'd jump on here to get some motivation. I'm going to cut out sugar which will be my biggest obstacle and start to bring in a more healthy varied diet. It's not terrible at the moment but could be better. I was thinking to start tomorrow but still have to shop so will make it Tuesday so I'm prepared.

Happy to be friends with others who are starting out fresh with goals in mind.

Take it easy!

    Hi :)

The mighty Victoria! Been here for nearly 4 years though so feeling distinctively more British as the time goes... not sure how I feel about that!

If you regard a good day out being one where you queue a lot while talking about the weather then you're fully assimilated!

Bahaha, yeah staying clear of crowds today!

Hey if anyone is keen to start a 6 week boot camp tomorrow let me know. It's free through YouTube and don't need equipment so pretty accessible to all i think.

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

I'm from NSW, living in Bedfordshire!

Don't know if I am ready to do the Boot Camp thingy but good luck with it.

However, any chance you could post the link so I could take a look at it?

    Hope you are well.

    Hello and welcome :)))))
  • Bloody mexicans ;)

I'm a New South Welshwoman living in Western Australia at the moment. Started the MFP journey yesterday and hoping it helps me drop some of this weight I've stacked on since Christmas (I am at least 35kg from my goal weight). Good luck with the boot camp, hope you can rope some of your friends into joining you when they see how great you look! Add me if you like, the more the merrier in my weight loss cheer squad!
