Never eat the banana! That is what the add says. Why? What is so wrong with bananas?? I don't get it!!! I love bananas!!! If anyone can give me one good reason why I should not eat the banana.....then I won't eat the banana!!! :grumble:

sounds like a marketing gimmick... ignore it. unless they can provide several recent peer reviewed journal articles supporting their claims, ignore them. And check who sponsored the research too.0

unless you suffer from kidney failure, bananas are full of potassium. Can't see any other reason

I don't think it means not to eat bananas. The picture shows a very ripe banana. The riper a banana is, the higher the sugar content. A very ripe banana (one that has very dark spots) is almost all sugar. The most health benefits from a banana is when it has no dark spots and is just a little green still.0
