I made that yesterday. I just popped it in the oven for 45 minutes (it was about a pound and a half) and it came out amazing.

Perfect! I have never really cooked a pork loin before. I've done pulled pork in the crockpot but it's a little different, sort of a leave it alone kind of thing. I've only been away from home for about a year and cooking pork was not something I was taught. :)

Or you can pop it in a crock pot on low for 6-7 hours.

If you pop in oven--set oven to 350F for 45 min...but check internal with meat thermometer.

    Good luck!

Sear it off in a oven proof pan. Toss into a 350 oven until 150 degrees. Loin should be just slightly pink in the middle. If you are actually talking tenderloin do it the same but it will go very fast like a total of 10 min.

Yep! I always, ALWAYS sear mine first. high heat, on all sides. Then toss it into the oven to cook for 10 minutes or so. Should be plenty of time - do NOT overcook. It's so tender that overcooking it will make it very tough and waste the cut of meat.
