Here I am starting my 1000th time on a Monday. But I found this tool and I luv it so far. My daughters friend lost over 100 lbs on this site. So here I am. Its hard when you are 55 and hubby is not always on board. That is the hardest. I know I should do it for myself and my health now to lower my cholesterol but I really wish hubby was game too.
Alas here I am Ill go it alone.

I'm "almost" 42 and even though my hubby doesn't watch every calorie consumed - he by proxy going to live a healthier life because of the way I will prepare dinners etc. I find it much easier to get him involved in my exercising during the summer, so my surprise he even started running with me last year - I am by no means a runner, but I know its a great form of exercise. At the end of the summer we bought bikes, and this year plan on spending one evening at a state park. Stay focused and other family member will eventually respect your commitment to your healthy lifestyle. Friend me if you would like0
