  Not sure about buying pre-packed chips without salt. However, you could try making your own salt-free chips (potato, sweet potato, kale etc.) to ensure they are salt-free.

  Lightly salted chips might be available...maybe try a health food store. Potatoes are high in potassium, so a balance of sodium is a good thing in this case.
