Starting = 33%
Current = 18%
Goal = 14%
NOTE: This is my "fitness model" goal. It's not for long term. According to my doctors - gp, gyn - 18/19% is good for me long term.0 -

Right now I'm at about 44% :ohwell: Starting was around 46%.
My goal is 30%. I'm definitely proportioned to be a softer girl (big chest and even bigger hips, smaller waist/tummy) and so as long as I'm in a healthy range I'm perfectly fine with not having a super defined look. Who knows, once I get there I might change my mind, though.

In high school, I dropped down to 14% body fat and was like a little walking muscle. I also ate enormous amounts of food. At the time I was working out at home a lot, playing softball non stop, running with the track team and lifting with my best friend in the weight room at the school. Oh the amount of extra time I had back then!0 -
I started at 37% about 10 weeks ago
Current: 31.1%.
Goal - not sure yet - around 22-25% hopefully.

Started at 32 % last April. This April I am at 25 %. My goal is to hit 19 - 20 % later this year. Then do my first bulk/cut cycle.0

Started at 51%
Current 46%
Goal 25%
Then I'll evaluate, but I think 25% will be the look that I am after. I don't want to have to bulk & cut so I am trying to retain all of my starting LBM.0 -
For those of you who have gone under 35% fat, what deficit under your TDEE did you have?0

I use MFPs numbers, not TDEE - x%. I probably average about TDEE - 35% or so.0 -

I have it set to 1.5 lbs. a week, though MFP estimates I'll lose 1.2 lbs. That makes it a net 1200.
In reality, I typically net around 1350 a day. On workout days (4 to 5 times a week right now), I eat anywhere from 1550 to 2500 depending on what I'm doing. The long run days (10+ miles) burn a lot of calories. I average losing about .75 lbs. a week. However, I've been struggling a bit lately - mainly due to half marathon training and overeating.0 -
Not sure what my starting BF% was but I did check it in February and March 2013:
March : 21.9%
Not sure about thefigure because I checked it at a different time. But I wll be checking again on 4/15/13, so I will be able to see if I made a difference.
Goal is between 18-20%0 -
I started last year at 34%, Currently at about 24% and would like to get down to at least 20%. I never ate less than 300-500 cals below TDEE. No idea what percentage that is. Not sure what to do now because I hit goal weight but still want to lose some more BF. I'll just keep lifting.
Age 34

I began at 47.5%, and now my Body Mass Index (BMI) is: 32.2.
This is the information I'm finding: A BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered healthy for adults. A BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight, while a BMI of 30 and above is considered obese. People with BMIs of 18.5 or less are considered underweight.
My goal is 24%
I still have 50-55 lbs to lose to reach my goal weight, so I'll get there :happy:0 -
