5'4 & The Difference Between 136lbs & 131lbs (&167lbs)

At 136:
*I can't properly fit into my new jeans, making me feel like a looser
*I don't have complete control over my eating habits
*I don't feel that it's my 'happy' weight

Now, at 131(ish)
*Jeans fit way better
*I FEEL sexier and my confidence is ten-fold
*I feel healthier about my body
*I don't have my belly bulge

How can ~5lbs make such a difference?

My Highest Weight is 167lbs, and with being at 131lbs, I can feel my hipbones when I put my arms by my side & I can feel the seat belt across my hipbones. Also, my knees, I feel my knees are 'bonier' when I'm laying in bed.. these are just things that I've noticed with the weight loss. It physically FEELS different and definitely emotionally feels different, all in good ways.

I like it =) I'd love to get rid of my belly all together, like I remember when my belly would hang over my jeans & I'm still getting used to not having a belly. Weird right? I need to get used to this 'new' body.

Congrats on your weight loss. Your stats are similar to mine. I am 5'4", I still have 20lbs to go until I reach my goal. I started at 165, weigh 146 now and 125 is my goal weight. It feels so far away.

How long did it take you to drop from 167 to 131?

I'm also 5'4 and right now I'm 152. My ultimate goal is 115 but I know that will take a while. I'm trying to get in the 130s by mid June when I go to the UK.

Congrats! I am around 166-167lbs right now but incredibly fit. This is another success story that shows how everyone's bodies hold weight differently :) Keep up the great work!

Ultimately, it took about one year to drop the 30lbs. It was SSSLLLOWWWW, I had some good times & some bad times =P but I think that's the best way to do it, it really is a learning process & I'm still figuring out what works and what doesn't.

I also love feeling my bones!! Haha. I'm still 141 pounds and want to get down to about 128 (then re-evaluate) but it's fantastic starting to feel my bones no longer covered in layers of fat!

Also 5'4 here. My heaviest was at 163lbs. I dropped down to 148lbs but got stuck there for about 7/8 months. Back in January I decided to stop drinking and started added another day at the gym. I also started lifting. As of this morning I am down to 134lbs!! My goal weight is 125lbs.
