Im looking for high intensity cardio routines to do in gym, better to do one machine for a good while (25-30 min?) or a few diff machines at high high intensity?
Im also looking for a good ab workout to incorperate into my gym week!!

Intervals (HIIT) are always best . . . example: if you normally run on a treadmill at 6.5 for 45-60 min try this . . .
2 min 12% incline at fast-paced walk - try NOT to hold on
2 min 0% incline at 6.5 jog
1 min 0% incline at 7.5 run
REPEAT pattern for allotted timeframe. You can apply this method to nearly any piece of cardio (elliptical, AMT, stair master, row machine, etc.)
To get the most out of your ab workout, you need to work your core from several planes. Doing hundreds of crunches is not only boring, but pretty unproductive. Start with double leg lifts (like Captain's Chair) for 15-20 reps, switch to weighted russian twist for 15-20 reps, then to a bosu/swiss ball crunch for 15-20 reps and repeat three times.0
