I want to start resistance training once I lose 15 lbs. I only have two more lbs to go…

I would like an in home program. I have 2, 5, and 10 lb free weights, resistance band, and a fitness ball. I do have some basic knowledge on good form and a few movements, but I would like some structure.

I do not mind buying additional equipment (within reason, i.e. kettle bell weights)

I do not want to do P90, P90X, Insanity, or buy a gym membership.

Thoughts on where to start? Is there a program you love?

Jillian Michaels videos or search youtube. Nike Training App also has a great workout routine with a good selection of workouts.

I'd get some adjustable dumbbells if getting a bench, rack, bar and plates is out of the question. I know muscleandstrength.com has a dumbbells only plan or two, bodybuilding.com probably does as well. If all else fails, I think you can do the traditional "big 5" type lifts (squats, deads, bench, rows, military press) with resistance bands, you can also get some fairly heavy ones.
