Done. I used 5 lb weights and broke it up in to sets during the day. Yay!0

Used 5 lb dumbbells and did in sets of: 25 - 25 - 15 - 15 - 20.
I only rested for a minute or two between each set, and I had to push myself HARD to get through that last set of 20. I was going to break it down into two sets of 10 at the end because 15 was getting really hard, but decided I could push myself to do a set of 20 to finish it off instead. Really regretted that decision for the last 5, but I did it!!0 -

I did it. 50 at a stretch 45 with 3 lb,thn 5 with 8 lb,thn break again 50 with cans.0
