Why so many ups and downs?

I will drop 10 lbs then gain 10 lbs. I will do this so many times a month. Then drop down maybe 2 lbs. Then the process starts all over again. WHY????????????????

Be honest with yourself and face the real reason for your ups and down.Deep inside you know it, now you just have to face it .Only you can do that . If you have enough of this roller-coaster ride that takes you nowhere make up your mind for a lifestyle change that each day will make you feel better about yourself and in control no mater what the numbers on the scale say and eventually the numbers on the scale will steadily change too. You can do it because you are strong and resilient for not giving up .All the best.0

I guess you could be right. I am an emotional eater. I feel guilty alot about what I eat. But, I workout out hard and for the most part I have good days and workout good. My stress level is always off the charts.0
