My cat usually eats 1 a week, sometimes leaves the head behind. I've tried logging her calories but I just dont know what to put for these unexpected binges.

I would say around 50 give or take...depends on the size of the mouse.0

I don't know, but they are pretty lean, if it was a field mouse. Now a house pet mouse? Way more fat. ;-)0

Just get him back to normal eating habits. Maybe add a little more exercise. Mine loves chasing his feather thingy around.0

I just checked and 3 oz from a squirrel is 147 calories. Not lying.
I guess a mouse is probably half the calories?
It's very high in protein. You could cook it in a catnip sauce and serve it to your kittykat!0 -
Don't forget the energy expended in catching the rodent in the first place, then torturing it for a half hour. That's hot to make it a negative calorie food.0
