I have serious cramps, and want to do the 30DayShred, but its my whole body that is aching. Should I just push through it, or is there something else I can do? I didnt workout much yesterday either :/

I have also started the 30 Day Squat Challenge, and will be doing that along with my 30DS

It'snot an issue for me anymore, but I always felt better after working out so I would push through

Push through it.. I often do 30DS during TOM and I feel so much better, not that the general symptoms are much of an issue anymore.

Try to exercise during the weeks before your period and during your period and you will see major changes. I have no cramps and the length has gone down from 5 days to 3.

Since I've been working out consistently, my symptoms have nearly gone away completely (other than moodiness, but that might be in my head).

Push through it. Even if you work out at a lower intensity, it's still better than sitting on your tuckus. Plus, it will give your mood a boost.

Those last two replies about symptoms getting better and the period being shorter are literally the only motivation I need haha. Thanks everyone!

Push through what you can I think. If you are a fainter during TOM then I would just lay about for the first 2 days. Sitting out for a few days is way better than falling and injuring yourself and being forced to sit it out for a month or more while you heal. I am a fainter. Technically all I have to do is stand up (or sometimes just try to crawl) to faint during TOM. I have hit the concrete floors more times than I can count trying to do to much during TOM. Concrete is not forgiving

i do the same workouts i'd normally do except for inversion moves in yoga (like plow or shoulder stand) since they seem to increase blood flow
