Gents who drop their dumbbells from the sky
Am I the only person who finds it irritating and wish someone would smash the dumbbell in his face?
I am not referring to people who throw dumbbells after a last set (one off) or anything to that effect, i am speaking of those that do it after every set. Its NOT cool.
No, no excuses for it. Its so annoying.

Makes me crazy. If you can lift it you should be able to put it down without throwing it to the ground.0

you just reminded me of that one time when i couldnt put the 255 lb bar back after squatting and I just dropped it and made a HUUGE bang.0

I have hyperacusis, and this drives me up the wall. I avoid the gym because of these kinds of things.0

I dont EVER see when its appropriate to drop and/or throw dumbbells on purpose! Get a spotter, or two if you must, but really? I push myself hard, use heavy weights and have NEVER felt the need or urge to have to drop or throw my weights down. I notice the guys that do this are the total tools in my gym... Ughh! SOOO ANNOYING!!!!0

I dont like lifters who are quiet. The kind that dont make any noise at all. I feel like they arent trying hard enough.0
