I'm new to this!

Well to this site anyways. I have been losing weight while doing weight watchers and someone recently told me about this site. So far, I like what I see. I like how it tracks everything for me!

I started out about 30 pounds overweight. Since making a lifestyle change in the way I eat, think and prepare my foods I have "removed" somewhere between 15 - 20 pounds.

It helps that I also took up Zumba, and walking 3- 4 miles, (I try to walk everyday, but it doesn't always happen).

Looking forward to familiarizing myself more with this site!

  • Hi, Welcome! :flowerforyou: I am pretty new to the site as well and I love it! I started 20 lbs over weight but I would like to lose an extra 10. So, I'm on the south beach diet. How did weight watches work? I was looking into it before I started the south beach diet.

    What is Zumba?...:huh:
