1 mile today and 35 squats, I am doubling up on the challenges this month too hehe
I am too! This one and a Squat Challenge (Not MFP)... Mon thru Sat. Monday do as many squats as you can.... add 1 each day through Saturday. Today I did 75!

Ooohhh dear it is really going to be a game of catch-up for me! I am still mostly bed-ridden from surgery, although managed to potter in the garden and kitchen for 45 min each today...I guess thats a start!
Can't wait to get back into some exercise but my fiance won't let me off the couch! I guess he's rightI would hate to make this worse before it gets better!
Luckily I start work next week, which is 2.5km walk each way - that should help me catch up even if I do catch the bus a few times as well!
Just you wait, all of ya! I won't be left in your dust for long!

I walked 2:46 miles today, not a lot but a good start anyways.0

I got in a whole half mile yesterday. It's not much, but it's a start! I am going to attempt the 2.2 mile lake today, despite the cold!0
