Hi everyone.. As all of us know, protein intake is very important to maintain n build muscles and speed up fat loss. I eat egg whites (4nos) 4-5 days a week. Yet my protein intake is never till my goal (55% of my diet). I have hypothyroidism and hence cannot eat sprouts. I also eat chicken 2-3times a week. As it is summer here (India), eating chicken n eggs is causing a lot of heat in my body .
Could you please advice easy vegetarian protein options (considering hypothyroidism) to increase my protein intake?
