    Isn't it just the truth that we have to watch our intake. Very sobering truth. Even more sobering is that this whole mess is 80% intake and only 20% exercise. Ugh!!

    Could you send your friend an email? Or phone her? Sounds like you miss her but this could be why she was brought into your life.

    Thank you all! It's been a dramatic change.

    I have emailed my friend but I dont expect her to read it or reply. I agree that sometimes people are brought into your life for a reason and maybe that was the reason. I would have liked to have shared this with her because she provided the inspiration but sometimes things change and although she was responsible for opening my eyes, I was responsible for making the change.

    If I can do it, anyone can!!! It takes determination and a real want to change your life and it is possible :)
