Just got my HRM Polar FT 7 . Finished my 1st workout with the Monitor and Insanity cardio recovery. Only burned 102 cal. Doesn't sound right. I am 6' 200 lbs. Not sure if it is working right. Anyone have an opinion? Thought it would have been more but def the easiset Insanity workout.

if you don't think your hrm is accurate you can always take a manual hr to compare with what the hrm says to make sure it is picking up your hr correctly.0

I only burn around 130 cals on the recovery one as it doesn't get your heart rate going like the others.0
