Hi everyone
So I have been thinking and talking about getting in shape and eating right for a long time now......well Im finally DO-ing!! I started using the Shaun-T Insanity program and have made it all the way to Week 2 Day 2 (thats impressive for me) I have also begun eating healthy and trying to boost my metabolisim by eating 5 meals of 300 calories each day! I allow myself 1 cheat day each week, Sundays...So far I have been extremely happy with my results 4 pounds lost in 9 days. Im so glad I found this site...without it dont think I would have been able to stick with my calorie counting. This site makes it soo easy!!!
