Hey everyone!!
I Tried out this recipe and it came out really yummy!! The only problem was eating the whole thing haha

Btw i meant brownies in the title post not brownie..

It sounds insane putting avocado, black beans, and brownie in the same sentence but im telling you it turned out great! I lessoned the sugar a little bit however, if anyone has any alternatives to make it healthier let me know :)

Ingredients
1 (15.5 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 egg plus 2 egg whites
1/3 of a large ripe avocado
1 teaspoon olive or canola oil
1/3 cup, plus 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute of choice
3 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 8×8 inch baking pan.
Place all ingredients besides chocolate chips into blender or food processor. Process or puree until ingredients form a smooth batter. Pour into prepared pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips, nuts, or swirl in peanut butter and bake for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out somewhat clean and top of the brownies begin to crack.
Cool pan completely on wire rack then cut into 16 squares.

I've been making a pretty healthy recipe for black bean brownies, but I wanted them to be more fudgy and wondered if there was a recipe with avocado. I found the original recipe a couple days ago and can't wait to try it. Unfortunately, I just used up all my avocados making a mayonnaise substitute. It's worth sharing, though:

    3 Avocados
    1/2 Cup Kefir/Yogurt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp dried dill
    1 tbsp dried basil
    A few shakes of salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    A squeeze of 1/2 a lime

Blend everything in a food processor until it comes out smooth like mayo.

I only guessed the quantities because I came up with it on the fly. I may have even forgotten an ingredient or two. Anyway, pretty simple, tasty, and much healthier than mayo.

I'll post again after I've tried these brownies.

I've made a chocolate cake with avocado replacing butter before, very similar. No eggs either, just needed some baking soda in the dry ingredients and some white vinegar in the wet. Turned out delicious!

I have made black bean brownies before by blending a can of them and then adding to a brownie mix with egg and water. They were good, but this sounds better
