Hi, I'm new on here. I have been using the app for about 2 weeks and would love to meet some nice people to keep up with. I work third shift so I have time to kill!

    I work 3 12 hr shifts, also at a local hospital, overnight. So I'm familiar with the unique problems of following any type of diet plan requiring planned meals and snacks. Happy to find someone with similar goals who knows where I'm coming from.

    I am currently in Saudi Arabia so I am 7 hours ahead of Eastern Standard. I could use more people for support and sounding board.
