First goal reached!

I joined a small local gym and started using this website on Feb 5th, 2013. I also stopped eating junk food, cut out the diet cokes (my weakness) and started making better food choices. I have learned not to deprive myself totally or I will get very cranky so I still have my favorite personal pizza once a week.
So far I have reached two goals: I have lost 15lbs and even better I am now off the blood pressure meds!!! The first few weeks were the hardest but now that I am seeing progress I can't wait to work out each day! I currently do an hour of cardio 5 days a week at the gym.
Now I am working towards my next goal of losing an additional 10lbs before my "Girls Trip" which is the 1st weekend of May. Just wanted to say hello!
