Wow, thanks for sharing that. As an extremely overweight individual, having lost a bit over a hundred and about the same to go...it is great to see this - i tend to always think of body changes as weight related, but even now i think i can do my body more justice by actually getting moving to improve how things "sit" on me. You look fabulous!!0
