What is a healthy weight loss calorie intake?

Hello everyone, So i have some general questions? So at my work we are having our own version of the Biggest Loser here and who can lose the most weight in 8 weeks... well progress and all too. So i wanted to know what is the exact maybe healthy calorie intake to have on a daily basis? Any suggestions or even websites i can go to. Also I really need help on what meal plans and food ideas to do, other than just baked chicken and green veggies all the time, i am so new to this and really need the help not only for work but for my health.
