Ideas for using up milk? (No sugar/carb)

Someone put a huge bottle in my trolley at the supermarket and I stupidly didn't notice until I got home, and I'd left it too late to cancel today's delivery of two more pints!

I've put some in the freezer but still have two pints to get through. Normally my family drinks it but they're all away.

Any ideas for recipes, smoothies etc that don't involve carbs or sugar? I realise that's a bit limiting sorry!

Thanks :-)

If you have a crock pot, you can make yoghurt. Bring it up to 180F then let it cool to 115F and mix in a cup of live yoghurt.
Wrap in towel and put in oven over night with only the light on. Drain through cheese cloth in fridge for greek yoghurt.

put in your coffee, use it in a recipe like gravy, or put it in your oatmeal, make hot cocoa, eat it in cereal. You will be hard presses to find a no sugar/carb recipe for it.

Use it in soup! Make a thick soup then thin it down with milk. It's nice in potato and leek soup, fish soup, vegetable soup, mushroom soup, etc.

Savoury white/cheese sauces if you eat that sort of thing.

Problem solved! Just saw my neighbour and she's going to use it to make pancakes.
I know the simple thing would've been to drink it but I'm really not a fan, thank you all for your input though!
