Body weight style or add weights if that's too easy. No weight? Grab anything a little heavy!

Will try, but I'm also doing the 30 day squat challenge, so this might be a little too much leg work! Maybe if I spread it out throughout the day instead of trying to do it all at once.0

She was VERY mean and we did over a hundred lunges and then a bunch of extra glute work. I hope that counts! I am almost at muscle failure already; I'm worried about what tomorrow is gonna feel like!!!Great burn, though.

Uhhu. My leg. Omg. But I did it. Misread n instead of 150 i did 175. Feeling really good. Its really good to test my level. I never thought i can did this in a proper way without cheating. Feeling awesome. Thanks to this gr to count me in.0 -

Only made it to 80. I'm in my basement and if I do anymore I won't make it back upstairs! Considering I loathe lunges and haven't done one for years I'm pretty happy with my 80.0

Can't do it. I did my 55 squats, and I alternated with lunges hoping I could get them all in, but it didn't work out. I managed 40 lunges, and they were super hard. At least I tried and 40 is better than none!0
