Hi,
My name is Becky, I am 36 years old and weigh around 150. Back in 2007 I weighed 180 and was able to lose about 50 pounds(135) in 2008. Since then I have been gaining about 5 pounds a year. I have been eating healthy. logging everything I eat and drink . I have also been more active. Playing sports and running and going to the gym.
It just seems that not matter what I cant lose weight. I had my thyroid tested last year and was told the results are normal.
I have tried IF , lost about 5 pounds then nothing............
I tried cutting out all alcohol for a few months....lost a few pounds....then nothing
I tried resetting my metabolism. gained a few pounds....(9 week reset) cut at 10% lost 5 pounds....a month later cut again....and nothing.
Look over my dairy and let me know what you think. ANY info, suggests, advice would be great

first i would say good for you, you eat pretty well my only critique would be not enough protein. with your workouts I doubt you are eatting enough. I would suggest eatting at TDEE for a week and then do TDEE - 10%.
Here is good info:

how tall are you?
i would suggest you go back to basics, with a small deficit (1/2lb or 250cals roughly) and look at your macros and aim to get more protein as another poster has suggested. eat back your exercise cals so you net your calorie goal every day.
you only have 20ish lbs to lose, so you need to do it slowly so your body knows its getting enough fuel every day - one day i looked at you net about 200 cals,,, this will NOT help you in the longrun!0 -

Thank you so much for responding. Maybe its because I cut too fast after restart.
I have noticed on the weeks I eat more protein , I seems to feel lighter.0 -
Check this out, there is a good chance it applies to you.

bump......i ihave the same problem.0

I had the same problem. I ate perfectly (like you), worked out - NO results. Scale only went one direction - UP. In previous years, the "snack" or "mini meal" worked for me, but I found out that I can only eat every 4-6 hours - NO snacking. The weight is FINALLY coming off. Congratulations to you and your healthy lifestyle.0

with 2500 calories for female your age is more or less weight maintenance not a weight loss, that will explain the lack of significant loss. In our profile adjust Weight Loss Goal and it will give you weight loss calorie count.
Other advise to increase protein and decrease carbs (sweets, starchy food, pasta) is also good, you may see the difference just removing/decreasing carbs (sweets, starchy food, pasta) from your diet with out changing over all daily calorie consumption.0 -
You are eating far too much sodium, try and cut back on your sodium to at least 1500 per day.0

I think you should eat back your exercise calories, at least a bigger chunk of them than what you're eating right now (try to get 1800 every day or something)... or workout less. And eat more proteins. You're not eating enough protein for that much exercise, IMO.0

You CAN lose weight! Lower your sodium intake, eat back some of your exercise cals and up your protein! All easy things to change and in no time, you will be losing again!0
