Mid year - mid way!

Its the last day of June and 6 months ago I started my weight loss journey. I have made it to the half way point in my weight loss- down 30 lbs!!! Some things I learned along the way:

* I am a better parent and wife when I take the time to exercise
* I can say no to food I know doesn't make me feel good and still have friends
* I don't have to finish what's on my plate
* I can eat anything I want but I don't have to

30 lbs to go and 6 months left in the year.............it feels possible!!

    That's great. :happy: I wish I had 30 lbs. to show for my 6 months' effort (had some plateau and number issues). I've lost 18 lbs but a total of 18 inches on my whole body. Wow, same number, ha!
