Keeping Weight in Face! Please Advise!

Before you say anything, I'm aware that there is no such thing as spot reduction of fat, I'm looking for a way to retain fat in the face while slimming up.
So here's my problem-- I fluctuate about 10 pounds back and forth around 155 pounds, and I'm about 6 feet tall. When I am working out and staying fit body wise, my face looks too thin and people tell me I look unhealthy...but my body looks good! So now as I've accumulated some weight in my face and I look healthier, my fat goes to my legs, waist, and love handles and my lower half is too chubby.
Does anyone have any pointers for how I may address this? I've been thinking maybe about avoiding cardio (which removes fat form the entire body) and concentrating only on leg and waist workouts--while keeping up with eating so as to avoid losing fat in the face-- however I feel as though this method might just keep my progress stagnant. Please advise! Thanks a ton.

I know of no way to keep fat in the face while losing fat on the rest of your body.

But doing no cardio is never a good idea IMO. Your heart is a muscle that needs exercise as much, if not more, as other muscles.
  • Any other ideas? Unfortunately that doesnt address my issue!

Your body dictates how you lose weight, where and at what rate. But I can relate. My face and neck area looked younger when it was fuller...now the skin is sagging. Of course, its partly age but I have a choice.....have a fatter face or be healthy. I chose the latter. Sometimes we just have to accept our imperfections.

Usually that's the area that experiences loss first, also common in women are the breasts.. all I can say is to keep doing what you are doing.. if you are not doing cardio, get moving and wait for it to come off. It will. A new haircut that suits your face shape may help in the interim
