    I ride my exercise bike to burn cals - usually just for 1/2 hr three/four times a qweek. This activity, coupled with a 1200 cal day has seen me lose 3 kgs. Its been over three months but it took me 10 years to put it on so I dont mind how long iot takes to get teh 10kg off. Wondering if any inner west mf pals want to catch up sometime.
