I need tips on how to curb night time eating

I am getting better at this nighttime eating, but not as in control as I would like to be. I don't quite understand why I want to eat at night. It starts around 8pm and I just want to munch, munch,munch! I had about 2 servings of hummus and carrots plus 3 of those fiber one brownies. Sigh...At least I'm not completely out of control. Any tips for better control? I don't think I'm a compulsive eater, just someone who has a really bad habit and honestly feels hungry. I didn't eat the brownies all at once, they were spaced out. Before it would have been all at once. I really need a little help here. Thanks in advance!

I eat everynight, all night. Until I fall asleep. Just make sure you have enough calories alotted for your evening snacking.0
