Just made a ton of pre-made lunches, and weighed all the ingredients in OZs on my scale. But this site only allows my to enter them in CUPS. Sigh.

For most fruits and veggies one cup is 8 oz.
Not true, depends on the density of the item.
Just google it! I always google things like "How many grams in 1 cup of flour" or How many grams in 1 T butter."0 -
recipes.sparkpeople.com has a good recipe calculator, and if you make an account you can enter each ingredient.0
