Kettlebells workout!!

I recently sprained my achilles tendon and am out from running for about a month in the minimum and have been advised to use the elliptical minimally as well. Still plan on biking and weight lifting but I have heard great things about kettlebell workouts. What are some good places to get a run down of workout circuits and what-not? I am not looking for anything that would require internet to watch while working out because I don't have space in my house and the "gym" (more like basement with weight and cardio equipment) in my town doesn't have access to internet. I do use the notepad on my iPhone though so I can input workouts and go off of that.

Also, what size weight or weights should I get? I am very strong woman and a 30 lb kettlebell seems to be relatively light to me, should I go higher or buy a 30 and a 40 and use those? Money is a little tight as I have just expanded my household with one more by becoming a foster mom but I am looking ideas that are semi-wallet friendly. Thanks!!
