Hi everybody
How are you?
I just want to ask to losing my weight with mfp it is ok if i eat anything but fit to my calories per day ?

    Yes, it is perfectly fine. I do that myself every day. I stick to my 1200 but don't limit my choice of foods.

    Yes, for the most part. I eat the foods that I like in moderation. I don't worry about dietary fat or sugar. I do lift weights so I make sure I hit my protein goal.

    As mentioned already, i'd get my protein in there first and foremost.
