I have questions for those on maintenance
Did you find that MFP's recommended maintenance level of calories kept your weight stable or did you gain or lose?
If you used scoobys or fat2fits website to work out your maintenance level was that right?
Why do you think it was different in your case? If you ate under your bmr to lose the weight do you have to eat less now to maintain?

I find MFP to be pretty accurate. I reached goal back in October and to maintain I need 1500 daily calories. That's the right number for me; if I stick to it, I maintain, no matter what foods I choose.
P.S. I have recently gained 3-4 lbs. and have put myself back on track, so I am now eating 1200 daily to lose weight. I gained those lbs. back because I went way above my 1500 maintenance cal. LOL0
