Ok for the ones that asked how I did it well it's been almost a year of me working out and eating better.
I have never stepped in a gym or lift heavy. Not because I don't want too but just because I never have I will be getting a gym membership so I can start lifting and get some muscles!!! I started by walking 30 min a day also doing some eliptical. I also loved Jillian michaels DVDs like the 30 day shred and ripped on 30.
Last year I completed one round of p90x and now I'm into running. That's all. Oh yeah and eat clean!!!0 -

Thanks!! It took me 6 months doing strict weight watchers, counting every calorie and not going above 1200. (in reality, I was more in the 900-1000 range every day). Even when I went out, I'd look up the restaurant before hand on what I could order and if it wasn't online then it was salad with no cheese and fat free dressing which is/was free on weight watchers. I fill up a lot on salads, 100 calorie popcorn, soups, etc. to not go over 1200. I honestly didn't exercise much at all. I took a few zumba classes here and there but not much. I lost 30lbs in the 6 months doing weight watchers bringing me down to about 150lb and a size 10. Then gradually over the next year I lost the last 10-15 by getting a new puppy and exercising/going on hikes with him. I'm now a size 8 and have been this way for 4 years. I still eat 1200 a day but more lenient on weekends.

I'm currently on my second round of Insanity. I would love to get to 135lb that would be awesome but I have been at it for two years getting there and it hasn't happened so I'm gonna just work on dropping inches and toning now. If it happens awesome if not I'll learn to deal with it! lol.0 -

Hmm pics a bit big!!
The 6lb loss is just since jan THIS year I lost the majority in 2012 (down to 9st 9) but hit the gym hard since Oct 12 and really hard in jan and doing Bodypump 3 times a week. Spinning 1 time and also now do HIIT class once a week.. ALSO. MY FITBIT. It's changed my life. Now I move more just in general and the last few lb's are melting away0 -
