Just getting started

Hello, my name is Hope. I am just getting back to dieting. I lost 35 pounds last year, by tracking what I eat and my exercise, So I thought i would try again. I would like to be down 30 Pounds by the end of June. I know this is a high goal, but I have to kick start myself. If anyone has any tips they would like to share, please do. I am open to all advice.

Thanks for the support, I hope I can. I had to force myself to the park to walk the fitness trail yesterday. I hate to walk alone, but it was the only time I had. I am going to do it again today, after I take the kids to school and my husband to work.It took 25 minutes to get around it walking, and I think it is right at a mile. Kinda slow for what I used to do, I used to be able to walk a mile in 15 minutes. But I will get back up to it!0
