I never got to properly introduce me. My name is Tessa and I'm looking to lose about 40 pounds. I just started TRACKING yesterday but only TODAY did I start FULL ON watching what I eat. I've lost 4 pounds in 2 days! From 195 to 191. It's really motivated me. I don't have the money to buy expensive extremely healthy food but I'm going to do what I can with the help of this site(like skipping that spoonful of icing, my biggest vice) I love how everything is laid out for you to see and how it's a real science. I enjoy looking at what other people have eaten and reading their sucess stories. The reason I want to get fit is just to love me! Health is important and there's an enormous web of support here that I really need. Feel free to friend me, you guys are great! (-:
