Hi all,
So I am currently doing SS and am happy doing it atm. However, later on down the track im looking to do a routine/ program based around hypertrophy/ adding on muscle mass. Set aside nutrition and rest. I am looking for a good routine for beginner to intermediate level. Now here is the issue atm, I am studying full time, working monday, wednesday and friday nights and have soccer commitments on thursday and sunday and I also have to make time outside of uni to study/ do assignments. So far, I have only found time to do SS only twice a week due to these reasons (I started SS before uni and soccer came back and was going 3 days a week as said by the program). So I am unsure if this may pose a problem when doing training. I know I won't be making significant gains and it will take longer but I have no choice atm and I just have to deal with these circumstances until the uni break (goes for 4 - 5 weeks)
Thanks!

Yeah - "New Rules of Lifting - Six Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle" isn't a bad idea, although it has a lot of lifts to remember/learn.
Or, maybe this would be an idea: http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/the-muscle-building-workout-routine/
Same basic moves as SS, but different rep ranges and a few extra lifts.0 -
