Looking for Friends!

Hey all,
I've been at this for about 3 weeks and haven't seen much for results. I think part of the problem is that I need buddies to keep me honest and motivated! Feel free to add me. :)

    You can add me too! After hearing all my friends blab, I joined today. :) I lost a lot last year, but its back. Motivation is GOOD! :)

    srslybritt; I had the same problem for a long time and didn't see much change. When it comes to diet, I find that the biggest deterrent to weight loss is simple carbs. This means I have to lay off my favorite stuff (bread products and sweets). You can exercise your butt off but won't lose unless you modify your diet.

    I've cut out most breads, pastas, etc. It's been hard!! I've been focusing on nut/rice alternatives. My favorite find was the Blue Diamond Nut Thins. They satisfy my cravings without being too terrible! :)
