I’m getting inspired by pink and red desserts at the moment since tomorrow is CANADA DAY – YAY!!!!

This is delicious and I may make it in individual plastic champagne glasses for a bake sale at work next-week for Sick Kids but I have been cautioned that only “normal” sells, not “low-fat” boooo-urns to them!

¾ cup boiling water
1 pkg Cherry Jello (sugar-free)
Ice cubes
½ cup cold water
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
½ tsp vanilla

Directions: In a medium bowl, stir boiling water into gelatine powder for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to Jello; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add yogurt and vanilla, stir with wire whist until well blended. Pour evenly into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Add dollop if whipped cream before serving.

WW Points: 1 (serves 4)

    Sounds and looks amazing!

But, just wondering here, what's the texture like? Lol. You say fluff but jello and yogurt don't seem to be very fluffy to me... And the picture looks like a sticky smoothie goo. Just curious!
