Burning the back fat

Okay, I am looking for ways to burn the back fat and get more of the V-taper. Any ideas?

Bahahaha! The T nation link is crap. It's selling a product. That study in the APS, could probably be picked apart by somebody more competent than me. I'd need to see study after study duplicating these results beyond the margin of error and I'd need to see rebuttal studies fail before I call it fact. Be more skeptical people !!!0 -

i'm plenty skeptical - you're the one refuting medical studies based on what people in the gym have been telling you (or wherever you may have heard it.. i know it's been going around for a long time)
you should check all the references they cite and laugh about how they don't know what they are talking about, too.0
